Scarborough police: Young adults sell heroin at hotel

SCARBOROUGH (Nov 24, 2005): Three people were arrested after a local mother called police to say her daughter had come home high on heroin she had gotten from guests at the Extended Stay America hotel on Ashley Drive Nov. 19. One of the registered guests, Joshua P. Brulotte, 23, of 270 Bar Mills Road in Hollis, had warrants out for his arrest, and he answered the door when police knocked. Police recovered four grams of heroin in 119 bags. Brulotte was charged with trafficking in Schedule W drugs, and warrants charging assault, probation revocation and aggravated criminal mischief. Two other people in the room were also arrested. Ashley J. Smith, 21, of Standish, was charged with possession of Schedule W drugs and violation of bail conditions. Cyndi N. Ouellette, 19, of 16 Dalton Street, Portland, was charged with violation of conditions of release and possession of Schedule W drugs.

A Scarborough 16-year-old boy received a summons for indecent exposure after he was spotted possibly masturbating behind a tree on Arbor View Lane Nov. 14. The boy was spotted by the driver of a Scarborough school bus with kids on board. The bus driver told police he saw the boy run across a yard and a driveway, and behind a house, while clad only in a red knit cap.
